The Ferrero Auditorium project in Luxembourg has rightfully secured its spot in the ADI Design Index 2023, recognized for its outstanding design, versatility, and comfort. This ingeniously designed auditorium seamlessly transforms from a conventional, tiered space into a versatile and open area, accommodating a diverse range of activities.
For the auditorium, Aresline designed generously sized chairs with comfortably removable armrests, complete with a writing tablet. The chairs are foldable and retractable under the floor, featuring a hydraulic synchronized opening system between the seat and backrest, ensuring a soft closure.
The ADI Design Index serves as a snapshot of the Italian production system. This year's Index, combined with that of 2022, highlights the current excellence in national design and completes the list of candidates for the renowned Compasso d'Oro ADI Award selection, scheduled for 2024. The award recognizes the most innovative, transformative, and process-conscious product.
